Shipping & Returns

We now offer free shipping & handling on all orders.

All orders will be shipped via USPS within one week of the order being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and then a fulfillment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once the order has been shipped. You can insert your number and track your package HERE.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to make a return, please email us at info@suttonlasater.com, include your order number, and we will help you with the return process. We will accept unworn, undamaged merchandise. The return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

If you request a return / refund, we will refund you the original cost of the piece plus taxes. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.

In addition to the price of the jewelry, we do have a small custom fee ($50) which covers the design, sourcing, and creation of your custom jewelry.
